MANUFACTURING:

In-House Fabrication Facility
The in-house fabrication facility is operated as a profit center under the name ”AHRAS CONSTRUCTION” It is located in the RIYADH MAIN CITY,MALAZ AREA The facility Warehouse is 1000 sq.m.Dhiraya Gaxx. Ware house manned by the staff of 105, comprising of Carpentry & Shop for Curtain Making, Gypsum Fabrication and Painting space leaving ample open space for storage of raw materials. Present capabilities cover production of a variety of Furniture and Structures Equipment.

Building Plan: We shall help you in preparing alternate building plans for you to compare and choose one. Planning will be done keeping in mind your taste, requirements, budget, concepts and ideas. Requirement of blue print preparations, architecture signature, technical calculations on FAR, Set back and height calculation for the building and a plethora of statutory / legal formalities will be done by our dedicated staff. You will not have to swear and sweat and run from pillar to post to get these works done. We are there for you.

Construction: we shall arrange all materials and labor for your house construction at a very competitive rate. Actually is compensated & adjusted in the less money you spend in buying building materials at competitive prices. We can do this because we are already in market for last 30 years and we have the right contacts. All the purchases will be with proper bills/invoices and documented properly for your scrutiny. Selection of tiles, bathroom fittings, and kitchen set up, color scheme-each thing will be done as per your taste and choice.

Electrical and Water Connections: We shall also be helping you in getting external electrical connection from SCECO, water connection from municipality and sanitary linkage to drain etc. These works sound simple but are very time consuming and require lot of liaison and visits to concerned authorities.

Wood Works: You do not have to run around arranging carpenters and buying wood materials for doing up your kitchen drawer cabinets, drawing/bed room word robes etc. We shall arrange every thing for you.

Luxury Fitments: We can put Jacuzzi, hydro massage bathtubs, steam chambers sauna etc in your home. Solar water heater, solar light, rain water harvesting, terrace garden, lawn, fountain, sprinklers, artificial rockery with mist fountains, POP art works, Stain glass art work, sound proofing, wood carvings………….......you name it and we shall do it. That is a promise.

Security Fitments: Biometric sensors, IR body motion sensors, gas leak alerts, Video phone- we specialize in giving total home security solution with automatic telephone dialing & alert services to you and other selected members. We shall even arrange reliable security guards for your house.

Maintenance: We shall maintain your house life long on a nominal cost. We shall continue to maintain your house file with us and shall remind you on payment of house tax & other legal requirements. All administrative support to maintain your house will be provided by us. We shall even arrange tenants for your house.
